Mr Justin Highman, Deputy Director General of the Monaco Economic Board, and Mr Hervé Ordioni, Chairman of the Commission for the Promotion of the Monegasque Financial Centre and Managing Director of Banque Edmond de Rothschild in Monaco, opened the Summit on 1 July.
