Endorsement No. 21 to the Monaco Collective agreement of working staff of banks was signed on 9 January 2015 between the Monegasque Association of Financial Activities (AMAF), represented by Messrs. E. FRANZI, President and D. Guignard, Vice-President of Social Affairs, duly authorized by the General Meeting of 18 December 2014, and the Union of Ranking Employees and Bank Executives (SEGCB) represented by Messrs. PF Crespi, Secretary and P. DE PORTU, Treasurer and Mrs AM. PELAZZA, Counsellor, duly authorized by the General Meeting of 28 January 2014.
It essentially focuses on the inclusion of new family situations in relation to short-term leave for family affairs, and also performs the updating of various other provisions of the collective agreement, particularly in terms of premiums and indemnities.
