The Ninth International days of Banking and Financial Law will be organized by AEDBF about: « Supranationality and Extraterritoriality », under the chairmanship of Mr Jean Castellini, Government Counsellor for Economy and Finance.
The following subjects will be specifically mentioned:
- The role of international institutions.
- The spontaneous creation of the standard.
- The global financial order.
- Dealing with conflicts.
A summary report will be made by Mr Hervé SYNVET, Director of the Institute for Research in Business Law.
