CAP GOVERNANCE, a network of legal practitioner and consulting companies, has been located in the Principality of Monaco since 2012, with the creation of CAP GOVERNANCE SAM which is dedicated to private capital and family governance. CAP GOVERNANCE works with actors in finance and in the banking sector both in Europe and internationally, through its Asia and Middle East desks and other international desks.
The Monaco organization is striving for rapid development, "we hope to recruit numerous profiles originating from different horizons." Bénédicte Vinot also alludes to the prestigious nature of Monaco, where clients or prospective clients willingly go to the annual sessions which Cap Governance organizes on private capital and corporate strategies, "We make them want to set up in Monaco, as the Principality is still one of the few centres where many projects can be conceptualised in a proactive environment."
