On Wednesday 19 June for English speakers and Thursday 20 June for French speakers, the IUM organised a breakfast debate on the theme “Adapt, innovate, succeed: the constant replenishment of skills challenge”.
Two witness speakers shared their experiences: Mr. Martin Peronnet, General Manager of Monaco Telecom, and Miss Zelda Bourkiza, Training Manager of the Hotel Fairmont in Monaco. They showed that managing skills, foreseeing, stimulating and pre-empting are real concerns of today’s businesses . In their quest for innovative and effective training able to be evaluated, businesses are making more and more use of e-learning, which appears to be an answer for the busy schedule of the great majority of managers.
