The Sovereign Order was published in the Official Journal in January: Monaco and Germany are now bound by an agreement to exchange tax information. One of the States can thus authorize representatives of the other to enter its territory to question physical persons or examine documents. Such assistance can be refused in certain situations, particularly if the requesting country has not used the means available on its own territory to obtain the desired information.
